Questions & Answers

Simple, Two-Way, Storable

The Question-and-Answer System works by storing Frequently Asked Questions and their related answers against the Client Record so that they are always available to whomever is working on a particular case.

Users can ask questions whenever additional clarification is needed, either from a team member or the clients themselves.

Once posed, the question is stored against the policy or data item. A notification is then sent to the client or team member asking them to provide an answer.

Team member questions automatically appear on the handy Case Summary Report and are a prompt to ask at the next client meeting, if required.

 

Secure, Verified, Associated

Questions posed to clients are sent as secure messages through their Client Portal allowing them to reply directly. 

Once an answer is agreed, the question is updated to indicate that it has a verified answer. 

The question, answer and associated conversation are then available for the benefit of any other users viewing that data item, saving time and helping to prevent errors.
