Questionnaires

Built-In, Automatic, Connected

The Portal comes with a range of built-in questionnaires covering areas such as Retirement Income, Pension Transfers, Estate Planning, Lifestyle Financial Planning, and Investment Risk. You can also connect these to an integrated Centralised Investment Solution. 

Each questionnaire can be triggered automatically, as part of your Onboarding and Discovery Processes or as a standalone task 

Your client is notified and requested to complete the questionnaire online, which they can do via desktop, mobile or tablet through their secure client portal. 

Prioritise, Clarify, Satisfy

Client questionnaires are a great way of establishing thoughts, priorities, and potential behaviours through intuitive ‘real life scenario’ questions.  

In addition to satisfying your regulatory responsibilities, they can also highlight areas which may need to be explored further. Perhaps, where there are strong feelings on a particular subject or where there is a disconnect between partners responses. 

Questionnaires are then automatically added to the Client Record where they can be viewed and printed.
