Easy, Customisable, Client-friendly

Onboarding new client information is easy with the Discovery Onboarding Tool. This allows your clients to upload their information directly to the PlanHappy Portal from their desktop, mobile or tablet device. 

You can create custom discovery templates for different scenarios, specifying which items of information should be requested in each situation. 

When a discovery template is triggered, your client is invited to login to their secure portal and complete the requested questionnaires and forms. 

Check, Compare, Repeat

Once done, you are notified and prompted to sense check the information before it is added to the Client Record. To assist with this, you can compare the new information against any historic data to help spot inconsistencies or obvious errors. 

The process can be repeated from time to time whenever necessary for standalone data items or for repeat events such as an Annual Review.
