Notes

Quick, Simple, Linkable

Notes can be added to a Client Record either as a quick note, or by using a pre-built form template 

Quick notes allow you to create a simple note that is stored in the client’s Case Notes screen. Important notes can also be pinned to the Dashboard to alert users to any important information. 

Notes can be linked to policies, tasks or events, and tags and documents can be attached where required.  

 

Pre-Built, Customisable, Automated

Alternatively, users can select from a range of pre-built forms which can be created and customised in the settings area.  

Forms can include automation to trigger communications and tasks or update underlying data items depending on the form input and user responses.
