Templates can also be used to automatically send communications both before and after the event, as well as trigger tasks for team members or create opportunities in your sales pipeline.
The intuitive functionality allows for repeating events, warnings where there are potential meeting clashes, and the ability to see any automated communications that are to be sent. Collaborators can also be included to keep relevant team members informed.
Group events can also be created with multiple attendees and documents attached. Clients can also view all their upcoming and previous meetings in their Client Portal.
